TahananMo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, Professionals, and content contributors to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright ownership and infringement claims on tahananmo.com (the "Site"), in line with the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
Original editorial content, curated design layouts, logos, and branding on the Site are owned by TahananMo or used under license, and are protected by Philippine and international copyright law. Photos and materials submitted by Professionals for their directory listings remain the property of those Professionals (or their licensors), submitted to us under the content license described in our Terms and Conditions.
Before publishing a firm's project photos or portfolio material on the Site, TahananMo contacts the relevant firm directly to request permission for their use. Where a firm has not granted permission, or a firm believes photos of their work have been published without proper authorization, please contact us using the details in Section 8 below and we will address it promptly, including removal where appropriate.
If you believe that content appearing on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:
1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
2The specific URL(s) or location on the Site where the allegedly infringing material appears;
3. Your name, address, email, and phone number;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content where warranted, pending review; Notify the Professional or contributor who submitted the content, where applicable, and give them an opportunity to respond; Restore content if a valid counter-notice is received and no further action is taken by the original complainant within a reasonable period.
If you believe content you submitted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:
Identification of the content removed and its location before removal; A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error; Your name, address, phone number, and email; Your physical or electronic signature; A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
TahananMo reserves the right to suspend or terminate the listings or accounts of Professionals or users who are found to be repeat infringers.
We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date.
