Philippine Law requires an architect to prepare and seal the architectural plans. Before, there were cases where Civil Engineers tend to be the one preparing it but with the new law, only Architects are required for the sealing of Architectural Plans.

You can use online floor plans as inspiration but cannot submit them for a building permit.
