Maestro Construction

What sets Maestro Construction apart isn’t just the finished product; it’s the transparency along the way. This Metro Manila based firm has built a following not only for their clean, well-executed residential and commercial projects but for actually showing the work: site updates, progress photos, the real unglamorous middle of a build that most firms hide until the reveal. Founded in 2016 by Engr. John Romel Macabulos, a Mapua-trained civil engineer who cut his teeth at Megaworld, the team brings that high-rise discipline down to every residential project they take on. Neat, natural, and noticeable from the curb to the last interior finish. That’s the Maestro promise, and they mean it.
